राज्यात कोरोनाच्या तिसऱ्या लाटेचा प्रसार सुरू झालेला दिसून येत आहे. राज्य शासनाने राज्यात सर्वत्र कडक निर्बंध लागू करण्याचे आदेश काढले आहेत. तसेच आपल्या जिल्ह्यातील कोरोना रुग्णांच्या संख्येत वाढ होत आहे त्यामुळे जिल्ह्यातील नागरिकांनी कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक लसीचे दोन्ही डोस घेणे अत्यंत गरजेचे आहे. अशाप्रकारे लसीचे दोन्ही घेणाऱ्या नागरिकांनाच शासकीय कार्यालये व इतर सार्वजनिक ठिकाणी प्रवेश देण्यात येणार असल्याची माहिती जिल्हाधिकारी तथा जिल्हा आपत्ती व्यवस्थापन प्राधिकरणाचे अध्यक्ष मिलिंद शंभरकर यांनी दिली.राज्यात जिल्ह्यात कोरोनाचा वाढता प्रादुर्भावाच्या अनुषंगाने जिल्हाधिकारी मिलिंद शंभरकर यांनी जिल्ह्यातील सर्व शासकीय कार्यालय प्रमुखांची (दि.8)व्ही.सी. द्वारे आढावा बैठक घेतली, त्या प्रसंगी ते मार्गदर्शन करत होते. यावेळी जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी दिलीप स्वामी, अतिरिक्त पोलिस अधीक्षक हिंमत जाधव, निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी शमा पवार, जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक डॉक्टर प्रदीप ढेले, लसीकरण मोहिमेचे जिल्हा समन्वयक डॉक्टर अनिरुद्ध पिंपळे, सहकारी संस्थांचे जिल्हा उपनिबंधक कुंदन भोळे, नगरपालिकेचे जिल्हा प्रशासन अधिकारी आशिष लोकरे यांच्यासह सर्व उपविभागीय अधिकारी तहसीलदार गट विकास अधिकारी तालुका आरोग्य अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
जिल्ह्यात मागील दोन-तीन दिवसात कोरोना पॉझिटिव रुग्णांच्या संख्येत वाढ होताना दिसत आहे. हा प्रसार मोठ्या प्रमाणावर होऊ नये यासाठी शासकीय कार्यालये, कृषी उत्पन्न बाजार समिती व इतर सार्वजनिक अस्थापना बरोबरच पेट्रोल पंप, मंगल कार्यालये व गर्दी होणाऱ्या सर्व खाजगी ठिकाणी कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक लसी चे दोन्ही डोस घेणाऱ्या नागरिकांनाच प्रवेश देण्यात यावा. सर्व संबंधित यंत्रणांनी याची अत्यंत काटेकोरपणे अंमलबजावणी करावी असे निर्देश जिल्हाधिकारी शंभरकर यांनी दिले.
सर्व जिल्हास्तरीय यंत्रणा प्रमुख व तालुकास्तरावरील यंत्रणा प्रमुख यांनी अत्यंत कार्यक्षम पणे कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक नियमावलीची
आपापल्या कार्यक्षेत्रात अंमलबजवणी करावी तसेच लसीकरण कमी झालेल्या तालुकास्तरीय यंत्रणांनी त्यांच्या तालुक्यात शंभर टक्के लसीकरण होण्यासाठी प्राधान्याने काम करावे असे निर्देश जिल्हाधिकारी शंभरकर यांनी देऊन पोलीस विभागाने ही रस्त्यावर उतरून कोरोना नियमावलीचे पालन न करणाऱ्या नागरिकांवर दंडात्मक कारवाई करावी असेही त्यांनी निर्देशित केले.
जिल्ह्यातील सर्व सहकारी व खाजगी साखर कारखान्यातील ऊस तोड कामगार तसेच कारखान्यांमध्ये काम करणाऱ्या कामगारांचे 100% लसीकरण होण्यासाठी संबंधित कारखान्याने त्या-त्या तालुक्यातील तालुकास्तरीय यंत्रणेशी समन्वय ठेवून एक लसीकरण टीम उपलब्ध करून घ्यावी. यासाठी साखर सहसंचालक यांनी साखर कारखाने व प्रशासन यात समन्वयक म्हणून भूमिका पार पाडावी व लसीकरण करून घ्यावे अशी सूचना श्री. शंभरकर यांनी केली.
*नागरिकांना पुन्हा लॉकडाऊन नको असेल तर शासन व प्रशासनाने दिलेल्या सूचनांचे पालन करावे*
*तालुकास्तरावरील सर्व प्रशासकीय यंत्रणा प्रमुखांनी 100% लसीकरणा बरोबरच ओमायक्रॉनचा प्रसार होऊ नये म्हणून प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाय योजना राबवाव्यात*
*जिल्ह्यातील साखर कारखान्याला लसीकरणाची एक टीम उपलब्ध करून द्यावी*
*कोरोनाचे नियमांचे पालन न करणाऱ्यावर कडक कारवाई करावी*
*जिल्ह्यातील सर्व सुजाण नागरिकांनी कोरोना प्रतिबंधात्मक नियमावलीचे तंतोतंत पालन करावे*
*कोविडमुळे मृत्यू पावलेल्या व्यक्तींच्या जवळच्या नातेवाईकाला तात्काळ अर्थसाह्य मिळण्यासाठी अधिक गतिमान पद्धतीने काम करावे*
कोरोना बाधितांच्या संख्येत जिल्ह्यात दिवसेंदिवस वाढ होत असल्याचे दिसून येत असल्याने सर्व तालुकास्तरीय यंत्रणांनी त्यांच्या स्तरावरील वार रूम तात्काळ सुरू कराव्यात. जिल्ह्यात सध्या 1800 पर्यंत कोरोना चाचण्या होत आहेत ही संख्या वाढून ती किमान दिवसाला पाच हजारापर्यंत झाली पाहिजे यासाठी आरोग्य यंत्रणेने कार्यवाही करावी. तिसऱ्या लाटेच्या अनुषंगाने सर्व यंत्रणांनी पुढील आठ ते दहा दिवस अत्यंत दक्ष राहून लसीकरण व कोरोना प्रतिबंधासाठी प्रयत्न करावेत असेही शंभरकर यांनी सूचित केले. कोरोना च्या तिसऱ्या लाटेच्या पार्श्‍वभूमीवर जिल्हा प्रशासन सज्ज असून ही लाट थोपवण्यासाठी नागरिकांनीही स्वतःहून लसीकरण करून घ्यावे तसेच कोरोना नियमावलीचे तंतोतंत पालन करून प्रशासनाला सहकार्य करावे असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले.
यावेळी जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी दिलीप स्वामी यांनी ग्रामीण भागात जिल्हा परिषदेच्या वतीने घरोघरी जाऊन नागरिकांचे प्रबोधन करून 100% लसीकरण केले जाणार आहे. तसेच ज्या नागरिकांनी लसीचे दोन ही डोस घेतले आहेत त्याच नागरिकांना पंचायत समिती व जिल्हा परिषदेमध्ये प्रवेश मिळणार असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले. पोलीस विभागामार्फत कोरोना नियमावलीचे पालन न करणाऱ्यावर कारवाई सुरूच असून ती अधिक कडक करण्यात येईल अशी माहिती अतिरिक्त पोलीस अधीक्षक हिम्मत जाधव यांनी दिली.
यावेळी जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक डॉक्टर ढेले व लसीकरणाचे जिल्हा समन्वयक डॉक्टर पिंपळे यांनी तिसऱ्या लाटेच्या पार्श्‍वभूमीवर आरोग्य यंत्रणेमार्फत करण्यात येत असलेल्या उपाययोजनांची माहिती बैठकीत दिली.
